Abstract

O objetivo deste boletim é analisar a composição da Frente Parlamentar do Cooperativismo (Frencoop) no Congresso Nacional, buscando identificar os principais deputados e senadores atuantes nesta temática nas últimas quatro legislaturas (2011-2025). Mostramos que existem diferenças de distribuição partidária e ideológica entre a lista de assinaturas da Frencoop e sua diretoria, e que esta última concentra parlamentares do sul e sudeste, com Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná e Espírito Santo liderando entre os estados com mais representantes. Existe sub-representação significativa do Norte e do Nordeste. Vimos que das proposições com temáticas específicas de cooperativismo, apenas 11 apresentadas por deputados e senadores foram transformadas em norma jurídica. As 397 proposições consideradas foram base para a criação inicial de um índice de atividade legislativa do cooperativismo, que aponta alguns dos principais parlamentares a atuarem sobre temáticas de interesse das cooperativas.
