Abstract

Pada dasarnya maqashid syariah pada keuangan islam bertujuan untuk menjaga kemaslahatan manusia dan menghindari manusia dari mafsadah/kerusakan. Untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan tersebut, maka ada lima unsur pokok yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Dalam transaksi yang dilakukan dalam ekonomi islam ada beberapa prinsip yang perlu diperhatikan khusunya pada konsep tijari yaitu pelarangan riba, pelarangan maysir, pelarangan gharar, dan pelarangan penimbunan. Sedangkan dalam hal konsep tabarru, yang perlu diperhatikan kewajiban untuk membayar zakat serta anjuran untuk melakukan sedekah, infak, hadiah/hibah, dan wakaf. Implikasi dari konsep tijarah ialah agar transaksi yang tercipta itu lebih adil bagi tiap-tiap pihak yang bertransaksi dan implikasi dari konsep tabarru ialah hal ini akan menanamkan sifat kedermawanan seseorang dan kepedulian terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh orang lain.
