Pengaruh Kreativitas Pimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Iklim Kerjasama Terhadap Iklim Kerjasama Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pangan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas pimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim kerjasama terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kreativitas pimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerjasama secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pangan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 60 orang. Jumlah populasi yang relatif sedikit tersebut maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penuh (sensus). Analisis terhadap variabel bebas dan terikat dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif dan regresi serta untuk pembuktian hipotesis digunakan uji t dan F. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa hipotesis secara parsial dan secara simultan dari variabel kreativitas pimpinan, motivasi kerja dan iklim kerjasama, terhadap kinerja pegawai terbukti/diterima dalam penelitian ini. Variabel kreativitas pimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerjasama secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kreativitas pimpinan, motivasi kerja dan iklim kerjasama yang telah dicapai secara parsial dan simultan yang relatif sudah baik untuk dapat dipertahankan dan bahkan ditingkatkan sehingga kinerja pegawai dapat semakin meningkat pula
