Abstract

The The purpose of this research is to find out how the model of trade/trade cooperation is in a review of contemporary fiqh, especially regarding the collaboration model of resellers, dropshipping and MLM (multi level marketing). This research is a library research. The method used in this research is the legal istinbath method. The results of this research show that the emergence of trade/dangang cooperation models is currently making it very easy for people to start a business in doing business. There are even cooperation models that do not need to spend little capital. The models of trade/trade collaboration that are very popular today are resellers, dropshipping and MLM which are transactions that explain the characteristics of the goods or goods being sold, all of which are carried out by order and in these transactions the seller and buyer do not meet directly, and also the goods being traded do not exist because they can only be shown in the form of photos with the specifications and prices already stated in the photos. In a review of contemporary figh, the cooperation model still needs to emphasize the principle of responsibility
