Abstract

Ide bisnis pasti memiliki kebutuhan dan masalah yang sama. Dalam melakukan feasibility analysis ini terdapat beberapa konten, seperti penilaian ide, analisis kelayakan produk atau jasa, anlaisis kelayakan finansial dan kelayakan pengusaha. Penilaian dalam Analisa tersebut juga terdapat proses untuk memeriksa kebutuhan tertentu di pasar dan untuk menentukan kemampuan pengusaha untuk berhasil mengubah ide menjadi suatu bisnis. Untuk menilai daya Tarik sebuah industry dan pasar, kita dapat menggunakan analisis PESTLE dan Model Lima Kekuatan Porter. Berikut merupakan model Analisa Porter Five Forces Analiysis,
