Abstract

Manajemen koperasi akan melibatkan beberapa hal yang merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting ada di dalam setiap pengelolaan manajemen diantaranya adalah para pengurus dan juga manajer yang mana tugas seorang manajer adalah memimpin sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatannya. Tentunya antara manajer dan pengurus akan memiiki tugas dan wewenang masing-masing yang juga tidak dapat untuk diganggu oleh satu sama lain. Sehingga dari itu kita akan membahas tentang tugas dan wewenang para pengelola di dalam sistem manajemen koperasi.
