Abstract

Zat gizi mikro merupakan nutrisi yang terkandung dalam tubuh dengan jumlah sedikit. Meski jumlahnya sedikit, kebutuhan zat gizi mikro tetap perlu dicukupi karena fungsinya bagi tubuh ada banyak, misalnya proses pertumbuhan, kekebalan tubuh, dan perkembangan otak. sementara itu, zat gizi makro dalam tubuh memiliki jumlah yang lebih banyak daripada zat gizi mikro. zat gizi ini berfungsi sebagai sumber energi agar tubuh dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas, sehingga dibutuhkan dalam jumlah besar..
