Abstract

Motivasi dimulai dari kebutuhan individu dan dorongan yang mendasarinya. • Kebutuhan adalah kekurangan yang memberikan energi dan memicu kebutuhan tersebut Kebutuhan sifatnya ada 2: o Fisik/jasmani: makan, istirahat, olahraga, ekskresi. Kalo dibiarkan dalam jangka panjang maka menimbulkan kematian o Psikis/naluri: beragama, berkasih sayang berketurunan, memiliki sesuatu/berpuasa/mempertahankan diri. Paling gelisah tidak sampai kematian. Dari sini maka akan menghasilkan dorongan • Dorongan adalah kecenderungan naluriah atau bawaan untuk mencari tujuan tertentu atau mempertahankan stabilitas internal
