Abstract

Film ini mengisahkan tentang seorang Salesman bernama Ray Kroc yang berhasil mengubah restoran cepat saji inovatif yang terbesar di dunia. Pada tahun 1954, Ray Kroc ialah seorang salesman keliling yang gagal menjual mixer milkshake merk Prince Castle. Meskipun dia memiliki istri yang suportif, Ethel, dan telah menabung cukup banyak untuk menjalani kehidupan yang sederhana dan nyaman di Arlington Heights, Illinois, namun dia mendambakan lebih banyak hal lain. Ray juga mengamati banyak restoran drive-in yang dia coba jual berjalan tidak efisien, dengan waktu tunggu yang lama untuk pesanan.
