Abstract

Lingkup Perilaku Organisasi Perilaku adalah tindakan atau perbuatan baik yang dilakukan oleh seseorang/tim/organisasi yang dimana perbuatan mereka dapat diamati dan bahkan dipelajari. Orang -> ketika berinteraksi dalam jangka waktu tertentu akan mengalami perbedaan. Namun, ketika sering berinteraksi dalam jangka waktu yang panjang maka akan mengenal kepribadian mereka seperti apa. Tim & Organisasi -> ketika digabungkan dalam suatu tim atau organisasi, kita akan mengamati anggota didalamnya seperi apa lalu kita akan mempelajarinya, maka kita akan menentukan sikap kita harus seperti apa. Organisasi adalah kelompok orang yang saling berinteraksi, bekerja sama, melakukan aktivitas yang berkaitan satu sama lain untuk mencapai berbagai tujuan. Perilaku Organisasi adalah kajian tentang apa yang orang pikirkan, rasakan, dan lakukan di dalam dan sekitar organisasi. PO -> memotret perilaku seseorang baik didalam organisasi maupun di luar organisasi.
