Abstract

T he influ ence o f lead er ship st yle, or ganizatio nal cu ltur e, and wor k d iscip line o n the per for mance o f civil ser vants o n UP TD. SMK PP cou ntr y field. SMK P P cou ntr y field . Using quantitative r esear ch methods is pr imar y data and seco nd ar y d ata, data co llectio n techniqu es in the form o f questio nnair e. T he samp le s in this stud y amou nted 75 correspo ndents, with Likert S cale. With mu ltip le linear regr essio n analysis. T he r esu lt sho wed both par tially and simu ltaneously p ro ved that the lead er ship st yle, or ganizatio nal cu lture and wor k d iscip line have significant influ ence o n emp lo yee p er formancer. T he value o f Ad justed R Square is 0,203% (20,3 %). While the remaining 79,7 % was exp lained b y o ther factors which wer e no t examined in this r esear ch.
