Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan dasarnya aktivitas manusia, dengan komunikasi manusia dapat saling berhubungan satu sama lain dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. baik di rumah tangga, di tempat kerja, di pasar, dalam masyarakat atau dimana saja manusia berada. Tidak ada manusia yang tidak terlibat dengan komunikasi. Pada umumnya komunikasi diartikan sebagai kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan masalah hubungan, baik itu hubungan individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok ataupun kelompok dengan kelompok.
