Vốn tâm lý và tính cách cá nhân tác động đến sự gắn kết của nhân viên khách sạn tại TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định sự ảnh hưởng của vốn tâm lý, tính cách cá nhân đến sự gắn kết công việc của nhân viên khách sạn tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM) bằng việc khảo sát 378 nhân viên hiện đang làm việc tại các khách sạn từ 3 sao trở lên, trên địa bàn TPHCM. Các phương pháp thống kê mô tả, phân tích nhân tố khám phá, phân tích hồi quy được sử dụng với sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm SPSS 20. Kết quả cho thấy cả 4 yếu tố thuộc vốn tâm lý: sự hy vọng, sự tự tin, khả năng thích ứng và tính lạc quan đều có tác động cùng chiều đến sự gắn kết công việc của các nhân viên khách sạn. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng đưa ra sự tác động của các yếu tố thuộc tính cách cá nhân đến sự gắn kết trong công việc của nhân viên. Nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị mà nhà quản trị có thể vận dụng trong ứng xử về vốn tâm lý, tính cách cá nhân nhằm nâng cao sự gắn kết trong công việc của nhân viên khách sạn tại TPHCM.
