Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu đánh giá thực trạng công tác phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Long An. Để đạt được mục tiêu nay, nhóm tác giả đã nghiên cứu những thông tin thứ cấp liên quan đến công tác phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Long An. Qua đó, đánh giá những thành tựu đạt được, cũng như những hạn chế liên quan đến công tác phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch. Trên cơ sở này, nhóm tác giả đã đề xuất 2 nhóm giải pháp: (1) Giải pháp về đầu tư phát triển cơ sở đào tạo du lịch chất lượng cao và (2) Giải pháp về đầu tư phát triển cơ sở đào tạo du lịch hiện có trên địa bàn tỉnh Long An nhằm phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch tỉnh Long An trong thời gian tới.
