Abstract

Abstrak Brainware adalah manusia yang terlibat dalam mengoperasikan serta mengatur sistem di dalam Komputer. Diartikan juga sebagai perangkat intelektual yang mengoperasikan dan mengeksplorasi kemampuan dari hardware maupun software. Konsep hardware-software-brainware adalah merupakan tri tunggal yang tidak bisa di pisahkan satu dengan lainnya. Untuk tahap pertama, manusia harus memasukan program terlebih dahulu ke dalam komputer. Setelah program tersimpan di dalam komputer, maka komputer baru bisa bekerja untuk membantu manusia di dalam menyelesaikan persoalan ataupun pekerjaannya. Kata kunci : sumber daya manusia (Brainware) Abstract Brainware is humans who are involved in operating and managing systems un computers. Also interpreted as an intellectual device that operates and explores the capabilities of hardware as well software. The concept of brainware-software-hardware is a single tri that cannot be separated from one another. For the first stage humans must first enter the program into the computer. After the program is stored in the computer, then the new computer can work to help humans in sloving problems or work. Keywords : human resources (Brainware)
