Edukasi dan Pendampingan Penanaman Entrepreneurial Skill Komunitas Guru PAUD di Daerah Tertinggal Kecamatan Aluh-Aluh Kabupaten Banjar

Abstract

Upaya menumbuhkembangkan enterpreunierial skill diawali dari identifikasi empat akar masalah yaitu mother nature (lingkungan), capacity, financial access dan manajemen. Berdasarkan identifikasi akar masalah ini, fasilitator merancang pendampingan dalam 5 tahapan, yaitu pengkajian (assessment), persiapan (engagement), perencanaan kegiatan (planning), pelaksanaan rencana (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Adapun kegiatan yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu 1) pembentukan komunitas dan programnya, 2) seminar wirausaha, food literacy dan workshop pengolahan hasil laut, 3) pendampingan produksi siklus pertama, pengemasan, promosi, pemasaran dan kerja sama. Dengan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan ini, peneliti dapat mencapai tiga target, yaitu: 1) terjadinya perubahan mindset guruguru PAUD dalam memanfaatkan hasil alam melalui kegiatan wirausaha, 2) berkembangnya kompetensi guru-guru PAUD dalam mengelola komunitas wirausaha dan skill dalam mengolah hasil laut, dan 3) berjalannya program komunitas dalam memproduksi dan memasarkan olahan hasil laut.
