Abstract

Asset dalam perusahaan yang berwujud uang kas merupakan suatu variabel yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Uang kas ini menduduki posisi sentral, karena seluruh kegiatan yang ada didalam perusahaan akan terkait dengan uang kas. Modal utama mendirikan koperasi adalah diwujudkan dalam bentuk simpanan anggota. Meskipun bukan segala-galanya, modal merupakan faktor produksi yang penting bagi lingkup kegiatan ekonomi. Tanpa adanya kecukupan modal, terbukti tidak sedikit kegiatan ekonomi/bisnis justru mengalami hambatan. Demikian halnya dengan koperasi, kecukupan modal merupakan salah satu persyaratan penting untuk mendapatkan status badan hukum.
