Abstract

Ditengah masa pandemi ini, e-commerce berperan aktif dalam membantu UKM untuk terus bertumbuh. Dengan banyaknya himbauan untuk bekerja dan belajar dirumah. E-commerce menjadi pilihan bagi penjual untuk bisa tetap berdagang dari rumah. Keuntungan lain adalah cakupan bisnis dan penjualan yang tidak terbatas mencakup ke seluruh dunia membuat e-commerce menjadi cukup potensial. Peningkatan penjualan di platform online juga semakin meningkat terhitung semenjak pandemic berlangsung.
