Abstract

Spotify adalah sebuah bisnis dengan layanan streaming musik yang berbasis di Swedia dan sejak tahun 2008. Banyak konsumen cukup memuaskan dengan layanan Spotify. Selain itu, Spotify merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang sangat inovatif dan berhasil menggunakan perkembangan teknologi modern untuk terus meningkatkan kepuasan penggunanya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data yang bijak, salah satu contohnya adalah playist pribadi yang secara otomatis dibentuk tiap minggunya dengan lagu-lagu berbeda yang disesuaikan dengan mood per playlist dan juga history lagu yang pelanggannya dengar. Dengan ini, pelanggan jadi dapat menemukan lebih banyak lagu dan tidak mudah bosan dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh Spotify. Spotify juga memiliki berbagai fitur yang sangat menarik sehingga makin banyak penggunanya di dunia.
