Model kepemimpinan di suku tengger

Abstract

Suku Tengger merupakan suku yang berdiam diri di kawasan gunung Bromo. Gunung berapi yang masih aktif ini berada di wilayah Jawa Timur. Di daerah Tengger terdapat empat kabupaten diantaranya yaitu Probolinggo, Pasuruan (Ranupane Kecamatan Senduro), Malang (desa Ngadas kecamatan Poncokusomo) dan Lumajang. Wilayah suku Tengger terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu, Sebrang Kulon dan Sebrang Wetan. Adapun komunitas desa yang berada di Suku Tengger seperti Ngadas, Ngadisari, Wonokerto dll. Luas daerah Tengger kurang lebih 40 km. Dengan sebelah selatan menjulang puncak Gunung Semeru dengan ketinggian kurang lebih 3676 m. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana model kepemimpinan dalam Suku Tengger
