Abstract
This study explores the implementation of Paskibra (Flag Raising Troops) extracurricular activities as a means to shape students' character, morale, and nationalism attitudes. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of Paskibra activities in developing these aspects among students. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection methods. The research findings reveal that Paskibra extracurricular activities significantly contribute to the formation of students' character by fostering discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Moreover, through participation in Paskibra, students develop a strong sense of morale as they experience personal growth, build self-confidence, and develop leadership skills. Additionally, Paskibra activities instill a deep sense of nationalism in students, as they learn about their country's history, values, and symbols through flag-raising ceremonies and patriotic events. This study suggests that schools and educational institutions should prioritize the inclusion of Paskibra as an extracurricular activity due to its positive impact on students' overall development. The study concludes that Paskibra plays a vital role in shaping students' character, boosting their morale, and fostering a strong sense of nationalism, thus contributing to the nation-building process.
