Telecommunication Competition and Interconnection

Abstract

This paper describes the theory and practice of interconnection and competition in the field of Telecommunications. In detail, the chapter on competition will promote the Haryadi Index to replace the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, and on the description of the interconnection described the advantages and disadvantages of the Interconnection method compared to the Net Neutrality Law.
