Abstract

En este documento se analiza el impacto sobre el nivel de gasto y consumo de los nuevos consumidores con acceso al servicio de gas natural residencial. Utilizando una encuesta diseñada específicamente con este propósito y técnicas de evaluación de impacto, se encuentra que el ahorro es ligeramente mayor a lo pronosticado por las empresas y el regulador
