Abstract

El presente documento contiene un análisis descriptivo de los resultados de la Encuesta Residencial de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones (ERESTEL), durante el periodo 2015-2019, referidos al equipamiento y acceso a los servicios de telecomunicaciones en Perú. En función al conjunto de datos empleados, los resultados obtenidos muestran una creciente demanda de smartphones y del servicio de Internet –a nivel de acceso y uso–, así como una reducción en las brechas digitales a nivel de ámbito geográfico y grupos socioeconómicos.
