Évaluation du cycle d'orientation de Montbrillant en Suisse

Abstract

En usage depuis un an, le cycle d’orientation de Montbrillant à Genève répond-il aux objectifs visés lors de sa conception ? Répond-il aux besoins et attentes du personnel et des élèves ? De telles questions servent à évaluer la qualité d’un bâtiment scolaire une fois en usage et ont un lien avec les travaux soutenus par le PEB sur la méthode d’évaluation de fonctionnalité après aménagement. Lors de la conception de Montbrillant, l’état de Genève a cherché à atteindre des objectifs spécifiques de concepts intégrés ; afin de vérifier la concrétisation de ces concepts, l’auteur a pris contact avec les différents utilisateurs actuels de l’école : la direction et le personnel administratif et technique, les enseignants et les élèves. Même si l’appréciation générale était possible, les usagers ont exprimé leur insatisfaction sur plusieurs aspects de l’infrastructure tels que décrits ci-dessous.
