L'évolution des infrastructures de l'enseignement tertiaire

Abstract

Les changements techniques, économiques et sociaux exercent sur les programmes et les méthodes d’apprentissage des pressions de plus en plus vives qui font émerger des tendances nouvelles dans l’enseignement tertiaire. Les infrastructures actuelles sont-elles assez souples pour répondre à l’évolution des besoins ? Quelles nouvelles formes de la gestion et du financement des équipements font preuve de réussite ? Quelle est l’influence de l’environnement du bâti et de la maintenance sur la réussite des étudiants ? Alors que les crédits destinés à la maintenance de parcs immobiliers se raréfient, alors que les déficits d’entretien s’accumulent, il est important de pouvoir qualifier et quantifier les performances ou contre-performances enregistrées dans ce secteur aux fins de comparaison entre institutions et avec d’autres secteurs d’activités. Ces sujets ont été traités lors du séminaire du PEB intitulé « L’évolution des infrastructures de l’enseignement tertiaire ».
