Abstract

Quand on jette un regard objectif sur l’évolution de la prise en compte de la question environnementale au Maroc au cours des trois dernières décennies, on ne peut manquer de reconnaître que le chemin parcouru n’est pas négligeable, et à en juger par les quantités d’études, colloques et commissions dédiés, textes légaux, stratégies, plans d’action et autres programmes plus ou moins « verts », on est impressionné par l’effort fourni. Pour quel résultat ? Là est la question, incontournable quand, dans le même temps, on prend connaissance, comme nous l’avons fait, de l’état et de l’évolution de cet environnement, objet de tant « d’expressions d’intérêt », mais qui ont peut-être tendance à en rester là, trop longtemps.
