Déficit de trabajo decente en la Argentina: análisis y prospectiva

Abstract

Con la crisis de la sociedad industrial, que en nuestro país se manifestó en el agotamiento del modelo sustitutivo, se inicia un proceso de transformación en las relaciones sociales de producción entre cuyos principales efectos se destaca la mutación de las formas "típicas" del trabajo. Como resultado de lo cual, se hizo evidente el deterioro del trabajo asalariado que constituyó por más de medio siglo un eje de organización social. Desde esta perspectiva, en este estudio se propone analizar las causas y consecuencias de los cambios en el mercado laboral y reflexionar acerca de la necesidad de recuperar el sentido de dignidad que implica para el hombre tener un trabajo decente.
