Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo volcar ciertas reflexiones sobre la situación actual que presenta este "Triángulo de la las Bermudas" que es la relación FISCO-CONTRIBUYENTE-PROFESIONAL. La misma ha generado una serie de inquietudes que hemos debatido, tanto en el seno de la cátedra como también en nuestro accionar, como profesionales independientes y en algún caso en nuestro carácter de dirigentes del Consejo Profesional de la Provincia d e Buenos Aires delegación Gral. Pueyrredon, a partir de reclamos y planteos de los matriculados.
