Abstract

El trabajo de Management varía en las organizaciones de salud según el nivel organizacional en el cual se desarrolla. Frecuentemente, el trabajo de Management está dividido en tres niveles: superior, medio e inferior. Éste, en los diferentes niveles difiere debido a sus responsabilidades, los recursos a su disposición y las combinaciones de habilidades que necesitan para realizar sus diversos trabajos. La optimización del desempeño organizacional depende de la integración y del trabajo gerencial mutuamente sustentador que se realiza en los tres niveles. Cuando no existe integración o mutua sustentación, la organización de salud pierde eficiencia.
