Abstract

Hemos esbozado las características de las empresas familiares, los roles complejos de sus miembros, los conflictos que se generan y los ciclos de vida de las mismas. Pero, esencialmente, la empresa familiar debe funcionar adecuadamente, como cualquier clase de organización. Quienes comparten la propiedad, las responsabilidades, la conducción, etc., deben también afrontar los resultados que pueden, eventualmente, producir diferencias entre sus componentes dadas las diversas expectativas, derechos y enfoques que sobre su actuación provocan.
