Fomento del deporte en el ámbito de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP) como herramienta de mejora en el desempeño académico y la salud

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como finalidad indagar la opinión de los estudiantes de la UNLP sobre los posibles beneficios de la práctica de deportes en relación al desempeño académico, y las posibles dificultades que estos encuentran durante el trayecto de su carrera, tanto académica como deportiva. Se busca llegar a ello analizando la influencia de la práctica sostenida del deporte en relación con el desarrollo cognitivo, la determinación de la existencia de factores intervinientes en dicha práctica que aporten beneficios para el desempeño académico, y la indagación de la existencia de variaciones de estos beneficios cognitivos con respecto al género y/o rango etario.
