Modernización de la infraestructura y turismo: el caso del transporte aéreo y automotor en los arribos a Mar del Plata, 1992-2019

Abstract

Se propone analizar el vínculo entre el turismo y la infraestructura para el caso de Mar del Plata, explorando el diálogo entre estas dos variables a lo largo del tiempo a través de la llegada de turistas a través de la Ruta Provincial 2 y el Aeropuerto Astor Piazzolla. Se tiene en cuenta para ello, la incidencia de la inversión, los imaginarios y las dinámicas locales, la articulación de políticas públicas y el impacto del contexto económico y la modernización del Estado.
