Asimetrías tecnológicas y naturaleza exportadora en la industria pesquera marplatense

Abstract

La digitalización se presenta en la actualidad como una tendencia clave en el mundo empresarial, brindando oportunidades para operar en forma más eficiente, optimizando procesos, adaptándose rápidamente a los cambios y ofreciendo nuevas experiencias con mayor valor agregado para sus clientes. En este contexto, las empresas exportadoras se enfrentan a desafíos únicos dada la naturaleza de sus operaciones internacionales y la diversidad de mercados con los que se integra su cadena de valor. Esta situación tiene un gran impacto en las empresas pesqueras con un mercado altamente regulado debido a las exigencias en materia de seguridad alimentaria, sostenibilidad y calidad a fin de evitar la pesca ilegal, no declarada y no reglamentada.
