Abstract

La quinta ola tecnológica y la estrategia de transformación digital sostenible enfocan la competitividad en la interacción entre conocimiento, tecnología y negocios. Las empresas deben adoptar tecnologías de la Industria 4.0, desarrollar capacidades organizacionales y servitización para innovar y satisfacer al cliente. Este proyecto busca reconocer estrategias de valor en empresas regionales del sector alimentos, promoviendo prácticas de Industria 5.0 en un contexto de sostenibilidad y bienestar laboral. El proyecto "Industria 5.0" se enfoca en caracterizar estrategias de generación de valor en empresas mediante la adopción de tecnologías, combinando conocimiento, tecnología y negocios en un contexto de transformación digital sostenible, promoviendo la innovación y sostenibilidad organizacional.
