Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es lograr mediante la aplicación de herramientas aprendidas en las distintas asignaturas de la especialización en Administración de Negocios de la UNMDP, una mejora en los procesos de toma de decisiones y una estrategia para las áreas de administración y finanzas que se adapte a las condiciones volátiles del contexto económico, social y sanitario que afronta Argentina.
