El plantel básico: un instrumento para la gestión del recurso humano

Abstract

El presente ensayo aspira a ilustrar sobre las características y variables condicionantes en el proceso de formulación de esta herramienta de gestión; con el propósito de brindar una visión integral, a todo aquel que pretenda adoptar -en base a ella- decisiones en materia de gestión de recursos humanos. En este orden de ideas, este trabajo procura -sin pretender agotar el tema- responder a los siguientes interrogantes: ¿qué son los planteles básicos?; ¿cómo se originan?; ¿cuál es su naturaleza? Su existencia: ¿necesita de una organización formalmente constituida? O bien, ¿con el establecimiento de un propósito resulta suficiente para concebirla? Un plantel básico: ¿es lo mismo que un grupo o un equipo de trabajo? ¿qué determina su vigencia, composición y variedad?
