Abstract

Este trabajo final de Maestría está enfocado sobre la base para la utilización de indicadores claves para el armado de un tablero de control que permita a la Universidad Privada objeto de estudio la posibilidad de implementar acciones en torno al marketing estratégico y operativo, con la finalidad de tomar decisiones programadas, diferenciadas y eficientes, con un fuerte trabajo conjunto entre las distintas áreas como son administración, finanzas y áreas académicas, junto al área de marketing y bajo entornos altamente competitivos.
