Abstract

Apres un Examen A- des Changements Dans le Contexte Economique International (Dont le Declin de L'economie Americaine) et B- du Contexte Politique Interne aux Etats-Unis Concernant le Role du Congres Dans la Fomulation de la Politique Commeciale, Nous Passons En Revue les Impacts de la Liberalisation des Echanges Selon les Modeles Economiques. Nous Portons une Attention Particuliere aux Hypotheses et Donnees Sur les Barrieres Non Tarifaires Utilisees et aux Gagnants Par Secteur et Porvince. Nous Concluons En Situant la Liberalisation Canada-Etats-Unis des Echanges Dans le Cadre D'une Nouvelle Option de Diversification des Relations Commerciale -- la Quatrieme Option.
