Abstract

Cet Essai Examine les Criteres et les Conditions Qui Justifient Etablissement de Societes Publiques de Gestion Dans le Secteur Manufacturier et Meme Presente une Methode D'evaluation de la Performance de Ces Entreprises. En Effet, les Conditions Qui Requierent L'intervention Gouvernementale En General Ne Justifient Pas Necessairement, Eu Egard a L'efficacite Sociale, L'etablissement de Societes D'etat. D'un Autre Cote, L'introduction "D'autres" Objectifs Sociaux, a Cause du Probleme des Relations Entre un Principal et Ses Agents, Justifie Souvent Ce Genre D'entreprises.
