Abstract

Cet Article Analyse et Mesure les Effets Industriels Regionaux au Canada Susceptibles D'accompagner la Creation D'une Zone de Libre Echange Nord-Americaine. les Ajustements Industriels les Plus Importants Devraient Se Concentrer En Ontario et au Quebec, Soit les Deux Provinces Possedant la Majeur Partie des Industries Manufacturieres et des Industries des Services les Plus Mobiles. la Province de Quebec Devrait Subir des Ajustements Industriels Relativement Plus Prononces Que L'ontario Puisque Cinq des Industries Susceptibles de Se Contracter Y Sont Bien Implantees. En Revanche, le Quebec Sera En Mesure de Participer a L'expansion des Quatres Industries les Plus Susceptibles de Connaitre une Expansion. D'autre Part, Il Est Possible D'identifier un Certain Nombre de Facteurs de Vulnerabilite Additionnels, Particuliers au Quebec, Lesquels Devraient Etre Neutralises Par des Mesures Appropriees.
