Abstract

Nous Prevoyons Pour 1984 une Croissance Reelle de L'activite Se Situant Entre 2,5 - 3,0%. le Comportement des Inventaires et des Investissements Prives Demeure une Source Importante D'incertitude Pour 1984. Egalement, le Deficit du Gouvernement Americain et Celui du Compte Courant des Etats-Unis Risquent D'attenuer L'expansion Americaine, Laquelle Demeure Essentielle En 84 a la Poursuite de la Reprise au Canada. Si le Pnb Progresse au Taux Prevu,Le Canada Retrouvera a la Mi-Annee les Niveaux de Production et D'emploi Atteints En Juin 81. le Taux de Chomage Restera Eleve En 84 et Se Situera En Moyenne Au-Dessus des 10%. En Revanche, L'inflation Continuera de Ralentir Pour Se Situer Sous le Seuil de 5%.
