Development of the Medicaid Analytic Extract Enrollee Master (MAXEM) File, 2005 and 2006

Abstract

This report describes the design and development of the first MAX Enrollee Master file for 2005 and 2006. This file gives researchers a more effective means of linking Medicaid records over time and across states.
