Evaluation of Inferential Performance Through Confidence Bounds for Power Curves

Abstract

In analysis of complex survey data, explores the inferential effects of point estimation bias, variance estimation bias, and variance estimator instability, which can seriously affect the power of a statistical test and the confidence intervals.
