Progress and Challenges in Electronic Health Record Adoption: Findings from a National Survey of Physicians

Abstract

One in 10 physicians has no plans to adopt an electronic health record. These physicians were older; in small, isolated practices; and were not participating in other delivery system or payment reform efforts.
