Nonrespondents and Nonresponse Bias: Evidence from a Survey of Former Welfare Recipients in Iowa

Abstract

Examines whether differences between respondents and nonrespondents in a survey of Iowa families that left TANF resulted in findings that overstated the economic well-being of these families.
