Abstract

Apresenta uma análise da ABNT NBR 15575/13 com foco no projeto de arquitetura. A revisão de literatura abrange questões técnicas e legais que a norma faz aos arquitetos e demais entes participantes da atividade de incorporação e construção com foco no desenvolvimento de projetos para o mercado imobiliário. A relevância do estudo está no impacto que a norma causa na maneira de projetar arquitetura e na maneira como ela divide responsabilidades entre fabricantes, projetistas, construtores e usuários. A partir de uma análise da norma e revisão de literatura com foco no projeto de arquitetura foi possível explanar de forma explicativa os requisitos de desempenho que interferem na atividade projetual do arquiteto, buscando dar ênfase no entendimento da norma a fim de gerar um checklist que permitirá ao profissional checar se seu projeto está em acordo com a ABNT NBR 15575/13.
