Avaliação do Custo de Construção Médio Estipulado nos Leilões de Geração de Energia Eólica no Brasil

Abstract

Este artigo trata do custo de construção médio de usinas de geração de energia Eólica estipulado no Brasil e de uma análise se o Setor Privado suporta esta imposição nos leilões. O objetivo é apresentar a demanda de investimento projetado, além de pontos específicos de risco do empreendimento. Serão analisadas as informações de domínio geral publicados pela Empresa de Pesquisas Energéticas – EPE e de questionários aplicados via Associação Brasileira de Energia Eólica - ABEEólica a Empresas participantes dos Leilões de geração de Energia Eólica. De acordo com os resultados, poderemos concluir que os investidores devem se ater a um controle de custo rígido, para que o preço do custo de construção médio praticado nos Leilões possa ser executado com êxito.
