Potenciais parceiros estratégicos no segmento turístico-imobiliário segundo características do ambiente competitivo

Abstract

Empreendimentos turístico-imobiliários são empreendimentos de longo prazo que possuem uma vertente turística, normalmente âncora desses empreendimentos e uma vertente imobiliária de onde provém o resultado principal do negócio. Neste contexto, parceiros estratégicos apresentam-se como um importante meio para obtenção de vantagem competitiva neste segmento de mercado. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar potenciais segmentos de atuação de parceiros estratégicos para empreendedores turístico- imobiliários segundo características deste mercado identificadas pela aplicação da análise das cinco forças de Porter (rivalidade interna, barreira à entrada, substitutos e complementares, poder do comprador, poder do fornecedor).
