Análise de decisão aplicada a investimento em desenvolvimento imobiliário

Abstract

Um Investimento pode ser realizado com a esperança de geração de benefícios futuros. As decisões direcionadas a investimentos imobiliários são baseadas, em sua grande maioria, unicamente em estudos de viabilidade prévios. Sobre este panorama, é possível que a utilização de um processo de análise de decisão, concomitante a estes estudos de viabilidade, possa ampliar a percepção do agente decisor, conduzindo-o a decisões fundamentadas. Assim, este artigo tem como objetivo estudar a aplicação prática da análise de decisão em investimentos em desenvolvimento imobiliário, com a finalidade de avaliar seu comportamento no processo de tomada de decisão, sobre a ótica de agentes decisores que atuam na incorporação e construção de empreendimentos imobiliários.
